All of our wooden handicraft products are shipped from our warehouse located in Pune Maharashtra We offer free shipping on all orders above Rs 799 and a flat rate of Rs100 for orders below Rs 799. Once your order is placed, you will receive a confirmation email with the tracking details. Our delivery time is usually between 3-5 business days. Returns & Refunds
If you are not satisfied with your purchase from Timber Supreme, you can return the product within 10 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange. The product must be in its original condition and packaging. To initiate the return process, please contact our customer support team with your order details. Once the product is received and inspected, we will issue the refund or exchange as per your request. Please note that the shipping cost for returns will be borne by the customer.
